CHARACTERISTICS
The sweet wine, algramar, it has been obtained because of an over-maturing of the grapes in the stock. These grapes of the SHYRA variety are collected in November, with a graduation about 18-19 °C. Once are collected and selected, they undergo a partial control fermentation by means of natural process; afterwards the wine is obtained and kept in large barrel during the whole year.
TASTING NOTE
This wine with several violet colour tonalities typical of this variety and with flavours that reminds to meant and strawberry, with cacao tastes, is one of our cellar speciality, to be consume preferably after meals, in an ambient of kindly social gathering..
