QUALITY WINES
The philosophy of our cellar, AlGraMar , is to produce wines with highest quality, for this, it is necessary to establish different parameters to get this objective. We control the production, the stocks never go over than two and a half kilograms and in some cases we intensify this control to get the great breeding, leaving in the stocks one and a half kilograms. In the quality control section in the reception of the grape and before the pressing, we do a very careful selection and we use the new technologies for the wine elaboration.

INTEGRATED AGRICULTURE
Thanks to the integrated agriculture, we guarantee the RESPECT TO THE ENVIRONMENT. Our interest is to support an excellent sanitary conditions of the grapes, that is why we always use fitosanitaries PRODUCTS included inside the integrated agriculture with the environment. About the methods of cultivation, we do an elaboration to be in tune with the tradition of our ancestors
